The Maintenance & Operations Division (M&O) maintains, operates and improves unincorporated area roadways. M&O crews are in the field on a daily basis to inspect roadways for needed repairs and modifications. Residents can help by providing information about specific roadway concerns.

Maintenance crews remove or obliterate graffiti on County maintained bridges, soundwalls, overpasses, fences and other County owned property maintained for road purposes. Graffiti on private property is the responsibility of the property owner. Graffiti on County property which is gang related or contains obscene language or images is considered high priority and removed as soon as possible. Other graffiti removal is scheduled as part of the normal work rotation.
