Re: Public Contract Code § 22031(g) Declaration

Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 22031(g), this letter constitutes my declaration as County Road Commissioner that, as an alternative to the procedures set forth in the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, I intend to utilize the procedures set forth in Article 25 (commencing with Section 20390) of Chapter 1 of the Public Contract Code in connection with the following work: Carmencita Bridge headwall repair, removal of damaged lumber and installed new lumber. North and South bound lanes from Calvine Road to Bradshaw Road at bridge structure.
