Re: Public Contract Code § 22031(g) Declaration
Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 22031(g), this letter constitutes my declaration as County Road Commissioner that, as an alternative to the procedures set forth in the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, I intend to utilize the procedures set forth in Article 25 (commencing with Section 20390) of Chapter 1 of the Public Contract Code in connection with the following work: headwall repair and guardrail replacement on Michigan Bar Bridge, Northbound and Southbound lanes from Jackson Highway to Latrobe Road at the bridge structure.
