Gate Information
1. How many existing gates are on the property? Please show on the plans including existing gates for removal.
2. How many gates to be constructed? If more than one, submit all of the following information for each gate.
a. Will the gate be sliding or swinging? All gates must open inwards, unless otherwise approved.
b. Will the gate open manually or electronically?
c. Will the gate open by remote control, key fob, or by keypad?
d. What kind of material will the gate be made of: solid wood, metal, wrought iron, chain link, masonry, combination or other?
e. What is the gate width and height?
Gate Accessibility
3. What are the hours of operation: open all day, during business hours, open/close as needed?
4. If open during business hours, what days and hours will the gate be open? 5. Who will have access to the gate: employees, customers, students, vendors, public, and others?
Facility Information
6. What is the hotel capacity? How many rooms does the hotel have?
7. What is the church capacity?
8. What is the student capacity?
9. What is the client capacity?
10. What is the maximum occupancy of the facility?
11. What is the allowable capacity per approved land use?
12. What is the parking capacity?
13. Is street parking available?
14. Is there a turnaround area for vehicles that may be in front of the gate but for whatever reason will not be entering?
Dimensions to be included on plans:
- Distance from all proposed/existing gates to property line/right-of-way line
- Distance from all proposed/existing gates to back of sidewalk, back of curb, or back of ditch if there is no sidewalk
- Distance from all proposed/existing gates to edge of pavement
- Distance from all proposed/existing gates to fog/edge line
- Distance from all proposed/existing gates to bike painted line
- Distance from all proposed/existing gates to street center line
