Skyking Road Extension & Phelan Drive Project

Project Description

​​​This project will extend Skyking Road from Metro Air Parkway to Phelan Drive and will include curb and gutter, separated sidewalk, landscaping and irrigation, street lighting, storm drainage, and a 12" potable water system.

  • Environmental Clearance: 2025
  • Design: 2025
  • Right-of-Way Acquisition: 2025
  • Construction: 2026

​Funding

The estimated construction cost for the project is $2,100,000. The project is funded by developer fees.
