The Maintenance & Operations Division (M&O) provides a number of services for unincorporated area roadways. From high-tech traffic operations systems to encroachment permits for activities in the road right-of-way, M&O works to provide safe and efficient roadways. Graffiti Removal
Maintenance crews remove or obliterate graffiti on County maintained bridges, soundwalls, overpasses, fences and other County owned property maintained for road purposes. Graffiti on private property is the responsibility of the property owner. Graffiti on County property which is gang related or contains obscene language or images is considered high priority and removed as soon as possible. Other graffiti removal is scheduled as part of the normal work rotation.
