Project Description:

The project proposes to increase multi-modal accessibility and safety along Watt Avenue, between I-80 and Winona Way, by providing buffered bicycle lanes in both directions, new raised landscaped medians, and separated sidewalks with landscaped buffers. The project also includes upgrading and improving traffic signals, street lighting and transit facilities. Road maintenance and rehabilitation will also occur with an AC overlay and reconstruction.
