Bradshaw Road Widening

Widen Bradshaw Road to a six-lane thoroughfare from Kiefer Blvd to Jackson Rd. Modify the traffic signal at Bradshaw Rd and Kiefer Blvd to include an additional through lane in the southbound direction. Improvements include landscaped median, curb, gutter, and sidewalk, and 10' trail.

Bridge Preventive Maintenance Program (BPMP)

Bridge Preventive Maintenance on various bridges including Methacrylate treatment, joint seal replacement, and/or overlay repair as identified in Caltrans SM&I reports.

Calvine Road Widening Project

Widen Calvine Road from 4 to 6 lanes on both sides (City of Elk Grove on south side). Improvements include widening of RR and creek crossing, curb, gutter, and sidewalk, signal modifications, and street lighting.

Countdown Pedestrian Head Installation Project

Project will provide enhanced pedestrian safety and compliance at signalized intersections with existing pedestrian crossings by installing countdown pedestrian modules. It will consist of 167 signalized intersections.

Clay Station Road - Hadselville Creek Water Diversion

Install water diversions at two creeks on Clay Station Road to allow in-house forces a place to work

Install a roundabout at the intersection of Dewey Drive and Moraga Drive. Improved bicycle facilities, signal modifications, and slurry sealing/restriping of Dewey Drive between Winding Way and Oakcrest Avenue.

Discovery Park Paving Project

Pave an existing gravel area underneath I-5 in Discovery Park.

Dry Creek Pkwy Phase 2 Multi Use Trail Project

New paved Class I Multi-use trail with shoulder, 2 bridges and roadway crossing evaluation.

Elkhorn Blvd at 28th St. Signal Project

Install new traffic signal at the intersection of Elkhorn Blvd and 28th St.

Elkhorn Boulevard Complete Streets Project

Construct a Class IV separated bikeway, intersection and sidewalk improvements.

Elverta Road Improvement Project

Replace existing two lane bridge at Dry Creek with a six-lane (future) reinforced concrete bridge, replace existing culvert on Elverta Rd. and modify the signal at Elverta Rd and 28th St. The project will widen Elverta Rd. to 4 lanes with landscaped median, and Class II bike lanes.

Elverta Road at Lone Tree Road Signal Project

Install a new traffic signal at the intersection of Elverta Road at Lone Tree Road.

Eschinger Road Intersection Improvements

Widen the intersections of Eschinger Rd at Carroll Rd and Bruceville Rd.

Fair Oaks Blvd Bike Pedestrian Mobility Project Phase 2

Create a smart growth corridor with barrier separated bicycle lanes, and improved pedestrian access. Resurface roadway and install landscaping, shade trees, and street lighting. New traffic signals at University Ave/FOB and Fulton Ave/FOB. Signal modifications at Sierra Blvd/FOB.

Florin Road Bicycle Pedestrian Improvements

Install bike lanes along Florin Road, upgrade traffic signals to accommodate bikes at all intersections, construct associated ADA Improvements, install roadway lighting, and roadway resurfacing along portions of Florin Rd between Franklin Blvd and Power Inn Rd.

Folsom Blvd Complete Streets Improvements Phase 2

Install bike lanes, sidewalks, street lights, landscaping, fencing, ADA ramp and signal upgrades at La Riviera Dr, Tiber Dr, and Mayhew Rd.

Includes signalization of the Chestnut Avenue/ Greenback Lane intersection and undergrounding of overhead utility lines.

Reconstruct portions of the US 50 Hazel Ave Interchange and improvements to eastbound US 50, including ramp modifications at Aerojet Rd and Folsom Blvd off ramps. Includes a grade separated crossing of the Gold Line Light Rail system and Folsom Blvd, multi-use path from American River Parkway to south of US 50. First segment of larger project described above.

Meister Way Improvement Project

Reconstruct Meister Way to a two-lane arterial. Project includes installation of traffic signals at Metro Air Parkway, Badiee Drive, and Lone Tree Road and will also include sewer, water, and storm drain improvements.

Metro Air Parkway Ramp Signalization Project

Install signals at the southbound and northbound off-ramps at the I-5/Metro Air Pkwy Interchange. Slurry and restripe.

Michigan Bar Rd/ Cosumnes River Bridge Replacement

"Replacement of an existing modular concrete panel deck on modular steel box deck trusses and steel girders bridge w/new two-lane road concrete slab bridge. Approx. 1 mile n/o SR16. Bridge No 24C0056"

Neighborhood Traffic Management Project 2026

Install speed bumps, speed tables, and corresponding signage at various locations within the County.

New Hope Road Bridge Replacement at Grizzly Slough

Replacement of an existing two-lane road concrete bridge with a new two-lane bridge on New Hope Road at Grizzly Slough waterway and about half a mile n/o the San Joaquin County Line.

Power Line Road Improvements - Phase 2/ Elverta Rd

Widen Powerline Rd and Elverta Rd to add a center turn lane and associated drainage improvements. Waterline will also be installed.

Retro-reflective Signal Backplate Installation Project

Project will provide enhanced visibility of traffic signal indications by upgrading signal backplates to include retroreflective yellow boarders. It will consist of 512 signalized intersections.

Sacramento Northern Bike Trail Extension Project

PA&ED and Public Outreach including Placer County for a 1.5 miles extension of the existing class 1 (bike) trail.

Skyking Road Extension & Phelan Drive Project

This project will extend skyking Road from Metro Air Parkway to Phelan Dr. The extension of Skyking Rd will be a two-lane collector.

South Sacramento Sidewalk Gap Closure Project

Install sidewalk at various locations in South Sacramento

Widen South Watt Ave from 2 lanes to 4 lanes, including railroad crossing and bridge at Morrison Creek.

Stockton Blvd Complete Streets Project
